I bought a pair of DayMax glasses during Block Blue Light's birthday sale, and am so glad I did. I had bought a pair of red nightfall glasses some weeks before which made a huge difference to my eyes and sleep. So when notice of their birthday sale came through I bought a pair of DayMax. I’ve been suffering from severe migraines for months and any screens or lights are a big trigger for my migraines. These are really good for preventing migraines and relieving migraine symptoms when I’m having one. I’ve had far less migraines since I’ve been wearing these and my eyes don’t feel as sore or tired! Highly recommend but for migraine sufferers like me. These glasses is a must!
